  4. What an amazing journey, Jo! I love the way you’ve encapsulated each destination in a colourful postcard. Great way to categorize the memories. Thx for sharing!

  5. Quite a trip with so many travel adventures and memories.

  6. What an epic trip! I really enjoyed following along and reading about all the fascinating places you visited. When I was struggling with long winter’s days in Victoria, it was nice to read about your adventures and imagine myself in an exotic location just for a bit!

    • Thanks Carolyn. I’m glad we were able to brighten a few winterly Victorian days πŸ™‚ The destinations were exotic. It was fabulous all-round, and even more so now in retrospect.

Hi Jo, we were on the cruise with you and I came to your wonderful lectures. Thanks for a great blog and interesting tips on how to do my own blog. I was wondering where you got the postcard templates from – I think they are a wonderful idea πŸ™‚ Maybe you can do a blog on how to get back to normality after been away for 3.5 months πŸ™‚

    • Hi Angie, and thank you for coming to my lectures πŸ™‚ The postcard templates are on a programme that Dave uses – some of them he does using Photo Book Australia, pdf’ing the designs. Have you heard of PicMonkey? You can do nice collages on that and add overlays etc to make postcard type collections – if you have a PC (not available on Mac). A blog post on getting back to normality – LOL! I’m not adjusting that well πŸ˜‰ So yes, it might be a good idea to chart progress πŸ˜‰ Hope you are doing better than me!

Hi Jo, haha nope not doing so well with the adjustment at all. Hopefully I will be get back to normal this week and start settling down again. I’m not enjoying all this cooking and cleaning though πŸ™‚ Thank you for helping me out with the name of those programs, I really appreciate it πŸ™‚ I will have a look πŸ™‚

        • Hi Angie – oh dear, what shall we have for dinner tonight?! I think it might be packet soup πŸ˜‰ Good luck with the programmes – if you do any for the World Cruise I’d love to share one on Facebook or the blog πŸ™‚
